Camille Austin is a Commercial Agent and represents buyers and sellers of industrial & office property, management, land, and business. Camille’s zealous ability to obtain commercial investments and life-long passion for real estate allows her to provide her clients with invaluable knowledge to help them purchase, invest, manage or sell commercial real estate. Camille has been involved with Women Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) for over 16 years, is an active member of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and has held her State of Florida Real Estate license for over 30 years. After leaving New Jersey and attending school in South Tampa, Camille moved to Dade City and eventually to Wesley Chapel where she raised her six children. This move helped shape Camille’s understanding and love of the East Pasco area. Camille saw the potential growth opportunities and invested in rental properties while running a woman-owned roofing and sheet metal business out of Tampa. Through her national minority certification she has taken numerous business growth programs such as; Goldman Sachs 10k SB program, Dartmouth Dorothy B Brothers Tuck Executive Education and the Florida State University College of Business Jim Moran Institute scholarship. Camille’s investing, construction, business, and long-term real estate experience has enabled her to network throughout the Tampa Bay and East Pasco areas. She has access to qualified teams of attorneys, lenders, surveyors, architects, consultants, engineers and contractors, which greatly assist owners in selling their real estate. Camille enjoys playing tennis, ping pong, dancing to Zumba, and spending time with her Family.
